Security capabilities & policy for transmission of payment card details
At TraderSchool.co.uk we take your security very seriously and believe it is important that you are able to shop in complete confidence.
This TraderSchool.co.uk website is hosted by Pipex Internet Litd and uses Paypal as its gateway to perform credit card transactions via the Internet. We do not store your credit card information unless you send us your signed authorisation for monthly subscriptions.
Transactions are verified immediately by your bank and are either approved or declined. Only your delivery details are securely stored within our website for express checkout on subsequent orders.
Paypal offers 1024 bit encryption to provide secure transactions . Each order is processed in real time - typically in less than six seconds.
The customer's purchase information is passed to Paypal, encrypted and then sent to the bank for processing. The bank then returns a response of successful or failed. If the transaction is successful, the customer is sent an email receipt and the amount is transferred from the customer's credit card.
For consumer protection, Paypal has multiple firewalls to protect important data which is encrypted with 1024 bit encryption .

1. Pay secure online by credit card. This is our preferred, quickest, easiest and secure option. We accept three major credit cards Visa, MasterCard, Bankcard. Please note WE DO NOT ACCEPT Diners or American Express as payment.
2. Pay by cheque or money order. This choice is if you really don't want to pay on-line but please be aware that waiting for your cheque to clear will add additional processing time. If you really prefer this payment method then please contact us for further details.
Prices on this site are charged in GBP Sterling (£). An approximate conversion to your local currency can be found using the exchange rate calculators found freely on the Internet.
Paying via credit card means that you will be charged at the applicable exchange rate, regardless of which country you are buying from.
Please note - you may be required to pay customs duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country. For further details please contact your local customs office.
Postage
There is no postage cost for digital downloads. Simply download and remember to immediately save to your computer.
The cost of postage is included for the freight of books which are part of the Home Study courses. These are mailed to you separately from the file that you download after your order has been processed
If you order a CD-Rom, software or written course material, all orders will be shipped to you securely by registered post and you should allow 1-2 days for delivery of your item(s).
Returns Policy
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for PDF files, MS Excel files, MS Powerpoint or other electronic media purchased from TraderSchool.co.uk. This is due to the reduced copyright security available for this type of media.
For any items ordered from a third party web site, refer any refund queries directly to that site.
Postage will not be refunded. Return postage is the responsibility of the sender.
